Spring Into Running is a 12-week program designed to take you from “I can jog for 60 seconds” to running for 30 minutes straight—without burning out, getting injured, or feeling like you don’t belong.

This is a space made for LGBTQIA+ people, by LGBTQIA+ people. Whether you’ve never run before or you’ve tried and struggled, we’ll get you there together.
